Imperial Festival (http://www.imperial.ac.uk/festival/) was back again the last weekend of April this year to showcase the best of science, at Imperial College London. James Durrant group,  together with other groups working on solar energy at Imperial College London, took this opportunity to show the visitors the importance of solar energy for a better future. Solar fuels were a central part of the stand, we explained through different demonstrations why they are key for a sustainable future based on solar energy. In addition, the public has the opportunity to ask and discuss anything on this topic with any of the researchers. It was a real pleasure to receive all the positive feedback from the public, even though we were in a room without natural light to discuss and showcase solar energy.
