The SwissCat Seminar Series embraces this 2018 heterogeneous, homogeneous, and bio- catalysis to cover all stages of catalyst development from active site design to industrial process implementation. This Catalysis Across Scales Seminar (13-15 June, Interlaken, Switzerland) marks an excellent opportunity for young scientists interested in catalysis to broaden their knowledge, to connect with experts in this field, to establish a network within the Swiss catalysis community, and to have a better understanding of industrial catalysis.
Co-chaired by our A-LEAF partner Prof. Pérez-RamÃrez (ETHZ), it will also cover conversion of renewables and solar fuels. Remarkably, the participation of industrial representatives from top international companies will make the event very appealing for young researchers. Participants will also have the chance to work on practical challenges in catalysis, coached by the instructors.
The goal of the seminar series is to establish a link between academic and industrial research. So, interested young researchers in the field should not miss such a great and unique opportunity.
